Twiglets & Froghoppers
Booking is required in advance and this is done online via our booking link. You can book for a session individually or several sessions in advance as all the dates are listed. Twiglets sessions may also be booked in a block for a discounted rate; block bookings are not available for Froghoppers. Payment is preferred via our online booking system and is required in advance of sessions. Adults are required to accompany children for these sessions.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a refund of the amount paid. Should a cancellation be made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the place may be transferred at the discretion of the Forest School leader. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, unfortunately no refund or transfer can be offered.
For Twiglets block bookings, the booking is non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel part way through a term, we will endeavour to fill the space and, under those circumstances, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Treecreepers
Booking is required in advance and this is done online via our booking link. Monday and Thursday Treecreepers must be booked as a block of sessions (half termly or termly). Friday Treecreepers can be booked either as a block or as individual sessions. Payment is preferred via our online booking system and is required in advance of sessions.
Cancellation Policy
For block bookings, the booking is non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel part way through a term, we will endeavour to fill the space and, under those circumstances, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
